Valley Falls State Park is located just off Route 310. The Tygart River flows through this 1,145-acre day park.
Visitors enjoy sunning on large, flat rocks along the river's edge, viewing the double falls, picnicking, fishing, hiking and playing on recreational fields.
The park is a popular whitewater kayaking area. Cross-country skiing is available with a reservation.
