With shoreline along Lake Greeson and the Little Missouri River, Daisy State Park offers plenty of boating, fishing and swimming.
Tucked in the Ouachita foothills, visitors enjoy 7,000-acre Lake Greeson and splendid mountain scenery.
There is great lake fishing for black and white bass, stripers, crappie, catfish and bluegill.
The Little Missouri joins four other popular float streams and offers challenging spring and early summer trout fishing. Both power and paddle boaters are permitted.
A variety of wildlife can be viewed in the park. Eagles return each winter, and there is a substantial deer population.
Daisy State Park offers primitive campsites and those with water and electric hookup.
There are picnic areas, a standard pavilion, playground, launch ramps, hiking trails and a motorcycle/mountain bike trail.
Many visitors to Crater of Diamonds, just 23 miles south, camp at Daisy's lakeshore campsites. The park is one-quarter mile south of Daisy off U.S. 70.
