This 113-acre state recreation site, located off the Richardson Highway (Mile 28.7) near Valdez, features a short trail leading right to the blue ice of the Worthington glacier.
High alpine tundra and many hanging glaciers make this an excellent area for photographers. Cross-country skiers use the park in winter.
Park facilities include an interpretive viewing shelter, glacier viewing areas and accessible trails.
